Have you ever eaten guava ? . Actually it's not my favorite fruit but it can be my appitizer. it's OK. I confuse that " Is it essential to my healthy ? " . So I find its information by myself . It's surprising ,that's one of interesting fruit . It shows that Guava has a lot of Tannin , It can help you to stop enraging disease. Its leaves can heal the slit and treat the constipation.Its embryo can stop the bad smell from mouth and has a high-Vitamin C . And its root can fix the bad Lymph and treat the sores. that has a lot of benefit . It's good to your healthy and your shape . However I'm falling love the guava because of many good things form it.

For two month ago, I got an email on internet . It had a head title that " Stress and Disease : New perspective " . It made me think about myself that in the present time How many

stories make me stress? .So It occured on my mind . I found something on internet about stress it's written by an experience people who have been . It told that " people believed that stress made you sick.the idea that the passions and emotions were intimately linked to disease held sway, and people were told by their doctors to go to spas or seaside resorts when they were ill...." . And I think it 's most popular disease in big cities life. Many trouble come to your life everyday in term of food , traffic jam , Public utility , your boss and your bussiness. All of them can smack you down . So you should relax and travel to interesting place . Get rid of your stress for a good healthy .

Today I see this car on the internet . I think it's my segway. It's the new innovation that makes me interested . The futuristic car is named in Renault Z.E. that is powered by an electric motor the develops 70kW and 226Nm . It uses the energy stored in lithium-ion batteries, too. That maybe one of the new save energy car of the world. My dad like it so much . he told me that If we had money enough to buy , we wouldn't hesitate to . Besides it can save money in our wallet , that can save energy for good environment ,too. You're not only look like a intrendy transportation car but also save your money to pay for Benzine oil everyday to work .

Cycling and its weirdness

If you think about the bicycle ,you will see two circle and its machanism . In the past general cycle had a front wheel and another one always back . And bicycle design would be always like original shape. But now a day the new generetion bicycle has a lot of function and many different idea design .

Right now I'm getting an new idea for my blog in vihicle title . First I turn my internet on and seach word is " weird bicycle " . It's surprised , I can see many different design . One can use essentailly but another not . Most of them are designed in contemporary cycling , more complex cycling and so on . I think it maybe better way to relax and be able to make money for someone who like collecting a weird thing espeacailly the new fashion bicycle.

There are adventages of cycling a great deal . As It helps you healthy and save a good pollution and Energy. By the way you can design cycling by your new idea .
